The abstract sculpture served as the model for a painting on the theme of coexistence, on permanent display at the Haegeumgang Theme Museum in South Korea (2024). Two bodies touch and merge, creating a shared space with two contrasting qualities, a rough outer space and a smooth, calm inner one. Together they form a single body, symbolizing harmony, union and balance in an ever-evolving coexistence
The sculpture “Breaking Point” (2023) was created in memory of Major Erez Flexer, who was killed in a helicopter accident on March 12, 2013, at the age of 31. Erez loved the sea and the waves. In the world of surfing, the breaking point is the ideal spot where surfers wait for the next wave. This is how his family chose to commemorate him.
